How I Can Help

I Hold a Space for You as You Change.

We all have places in our lives and beliefs where we are blocked.

Working together, we identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them.

The first and largest blocks are: recognizing and accepting yourself as you are and to stop owning and believing how (you think) the world sees you.

Base your dreams on the realities of who you are, your strengths and abilities to overcome challenges, and who you can grow to be. When you can be yourself and see yourself through your own eyes you are free to see and use the opportunities before you.

My name is Germaine Swanson. It is my job to help you figure out who you are, what strengths you have, what skills and thought reframing you need to do in order to be able to see your opportunities and meet your goals. Through small incremental steps, you can live the life you want and be the you, you want to be.

I am a life coach who has ADHD and has helped herself, her family and her clients redefine our limitations and embrace our and our ADHD’s special uniqueness.

We've learned how to leverage our skills and talents that are related to ADHD and the rest of our natural gifts to become more successful, organized, socially competent, on-time, and focused.

As your coach, I hold a space for you to learn about yourself and/or your ADHD. I partner with you to design strategies to achieve your goals. I hold you accountable and help you evaluate and reevaluate your progress towards the change you want.

Life Coaching is not magic. There are no immediate fixes. Rather the coach and client work together to meet client-driven goals based on an understanding and acceptance of the client's ADHD. Knowledge and acceptance are the foundation of change and empowerment.

The bridge to change is neither simple nor easy. It is crossed by working in the now to create the future.
