About G Swanson ADHD & Life Coach

As a certified professional life coach, I love helping people learn about themselves and the influence of their challenges on their life choices. Even more, I love supporting people as they create and evaluate their plans and actually achieve the goals they set for themselves. I understand the power of coaching in my own life. I am passionate about offering the same support and guidance to others. 

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and offer life coaching for women with ADHD, women 40 and older who are choosing how they want to live this powerful portion of life. I enjoy working with people whose lives are in transition and/or are facing life challenges, and who are ready to change themselves and stop blaming their condition. People who feel they are ready to design a life they love living.

My credentials are as follows:

Masters Degree in Special Education from Columbia University, Teachers College.

Post-Masters certificate in Education Leadership from Boston College

Post-Masters Course work in leading and facilitating support and parent education groups from Wheelock College

CPC- Certified Profession Coaching credentials from Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC)
